Mr John 'Grant' Brock Chief Operations Officer	Grant Brock, a mining engineer with 30 + years experience in the Australian mining industry and business training from Harvard University. He has been involved in mining operations in Western Australia in iron ore, gold, and industrial minerals, also base metals in Broken Hill, Tasmania and Queensland. He has held senior managerial positions in operations, acquisitions and project development for CRA Limited, Aberfoyle Limited, Western Metals Limited, Sons of Gwalia Limited and Allied Gold Limited. He is a promoter if excellence in the industry and has earned reputation for bringing sound operating and financial practices to mining operations to maximise their financial performance. He has also had experience at the evaluation of overseas projects in Europe and South America.

Mr Jon Grygorcewicz Chief Financial Officer Qualifications: CA B.Com	Mr Grygorcewicz has approximately 30 years financial management experience, gained predominately with Australian ASX listed companies. Most recently Jon was CFO with Focus Minerals Limited having played a key role in successfully transitioning that company from mineral explorer into a substantial Australian gold producer. Prior to that role Jon gained extensive experience with resource and engineering companies with operations in Australia and South East Asia.

Mr Geoff Beros General Manager of Metallurgy	Mr Beros was appointed as Venture’s General Manager of Metallurgy, responsible for the testwork, design and commissioning of the Mt Lindsay processing plant in 2011. Mr Beros is a process engineer with almost 30 years’ experience covering all aspects of mineral processing. Prior to commencing with Venture Minerals Mr Beros was Chief Metallurgist at Renison Tin, one of the world’s largest underground tin mines. Mr Beros has been responsible for project development in numerous iron ore operations, holding senior positions with Australian Premium Iron, Citic Pacific, Rio Tinto, Robe River and BHP. Mr Beros possesses extensive experience in mineral processing, materials handling, plant design and commissioning, feasibility study management and product marketing.

Dr Stuart Owen Exploration Manager Qualifications: BSc (Geology & Geography), PhD (Geology)	Dr Owen is a geologist with over 10 years experience in mineral exploration for a wide range of commodities including gold, nickel, base metals, uranium and diamonds. Stuart was senior geologist for Taipan Resources NL when Taipan discovered and took the Paulsens gold deposit through feasibility study (now a mine producing approximately 80,000 oz gold per annum) and exploration manager for Adamus Resources Ltd from float on ASX to a stage where a company-making resource of over one million ounces gold had been defined for Adamus’ Southern Ashanti Gold Project. Discovery cost for the Southern Ashanti Deposit was less than US$10 per resource ounce and Stuart has an excellent record of cost effective exploration for junior resources companies.

Mr Malcolm Hillbeck Consultant Engineer	Mr Hillbeck is an engineer with over 50 years operational experience in senior management and corporate management roles. Malcolm's operational roles include Savage River Magnetite Mine, Rosebry Base Metal Mine & Cleveland Tin Mine.
