Qualifications: BLaw, BEcon, INSEAD

Mr. Jetter has extensive international finance and M&A experience being the former Managing Director, CEO and head of investment banking for JPMorgan in Germany, Switzerland and Austria, and a member of the European Executive Committee, at JPMorgan in London. He has held various senior positions with JPMorgan, during which time he focused his attention on major corporate clients and advised on some of Europe’s largest corporate transactions.

 
Mr. Jetter currently holds a number of other board positions including Member of the Board of Otto Energy Limited, and Chairman of Katherine Jetter Limited (Delaware). 

Mr. Jetter previously held positions as Chief Executive Officer of JPMorgan for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, Member of the Board of Conergy AG, Chairman of the Board of Rodenstock GMBH (Germany), Deputy Chairman of the Board of European Business School, and Chairman of the Finance Faculty Oestrich-Winkel, Germany.
